Responsibilities:
Install chimney liners for furnace replacements
Occasionally assist the warehouse with material deliveries to installer’s job sites
Actively participate in the company safety program and maintain cooperation to OH&S guidelines.
Deliver exceptional customer service to both the external customers as well as all members of the Action Furnace team
Qualifications Include:
Valid fall arrest certification
Comfortable with heights as majority of work will be on the roof
Must have your own hand tools
Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years with clean drivers abstract
A criminal record check must be obtained
The ability to stand for long periods, do some heavy lifting and carrying (up to 50lbs), and work in high, awkward and noisy places
Patience, dependability and accuracy are essential for success
Flexible schedule is an asset to accommodate extra work when required (evenings/weekends)

We are now looking for a Comfort Advisor to join the team for our Edmonton location. Reporting to the General Manager, the Comfort Advisor will play an integral role in assisting customers in meeting their comfort system needs. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, sales-driven and customer-focused individual, with the ability to develop and build relationships quickly, provide comfort system solutions, and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process including after-sales support.
A home-based position, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to create and manage their own work schedule. The only required office hours will be to attend strategic sales meetings. Otherwise, you will have the flexibility to schedule your work hours and set yourself up for success!
Responsibilities:
Follow up on sales leads as assigned
Complete sales calls and determine customer needs
Complete in-home estimates
Proactively follow up on estimates and close sales
Assist other team members as needed throughout the sales process to ensure customer needs are met, and quality service is delivered
Provide after-sales support including seeking customer feedback as well as assisting with troubleshooting, escalating to appropriate team members as required
Attend sales meetings
Follow company safety policies and standards
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant retail and customer service experience
Previous HVAC experience considered an asset
Previous in-home sales experience considered an asset (windows, roofing, etc.)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Effective time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities
