Job Description
We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Requirements
- Proven branch management experience, as a Bank Manager or similar role
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises

The Software Developer designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains and improves applications, and works across the entire software development lifecycle to optimize ATB user experience and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, codes, unit tests and integrates new features and functionality as defined by the PO and team
- Applies creative problem solving that bring software designs to life
- Builds apps, APIs and data solutions to drive projects
- Assists in the development of automated test harnesses as necessary to ensure delivery of high-quality code
- Participates in ideation and brainstorming sessions to devise creative and disruptive digital solutions
- Updates progress daily through the tracking tool (Jira) or Kanban board
- Completes and ensures completion of any required documentation required e.g. deployment, maintenance, support and business needs
- Participates in delivering code to production with our continuous deployment process.
Requirements
Accreditations:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, etc.
Core Technical Skills:
- Full stack programming frameworking & languages – Coding in languages (ASP.net, Java / JEE; Php; PERL; Ruby etc.) using one or more frameworks (Symfony; Play; Spark; Django; Ruby on Rail; Zend etc.)
- Web services / web app development – front-end programming (Javascript, Java, Python, C++, PHP, Perl).
- Source code management – appropriately using version-control tools and best practices
- Development Tools – knowledge of tools to create, debug, maintain, or otherwise support applications
- Experience with architecture skills including Integration component design, integration & API management / architecture, designing for non-functional requirements, and solution design risk assessment
- Business fundamentals and project management skills including Business problem solving, customer value creation and project framing, delivery, planning and steering
- Design & user scenario management tools, design thinking, ergonomics and graphic interface
- Knowledge of application lifecycle skills including application design, test definition, and technical analysis
