We are looking for Full-time Angular Developers to join our awesome team of developers who are helping drive product development as we continue to experience tremendous growth. Our web-based platforms utilize modern frameworks such as Angular over a Microsoft .NET Core MVC application base. We also have some applications built on Angular.js that occasionally need some love.

You have:

1-3 years of hands-on development experience (Component-Based) as a Front-End Developer
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the Angular Framework v8 – 12+
Strong experience working in popular web technologies and frameworks like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery and Angular Material
Nice to have experience using Redux or NgRx
Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs / service integration
Knowledge of unit testing, QA practices and agile methodologies
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, multitasking and presentation skills
Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Design sprint and conducting quick iterative design initiates
Bonus points if you have experience with GIT and knowledge of Bitbucket
Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education
You will:

Balance business goals, customer needs, and technological capabilities to create solutions that are scalable and future-proofed
Design and develop Angular components across the web and mobile platforms
Work with UI/UX designer and backend developers to code multiple modules
Implement design patterns, optimization, caching, security and accessibility guidelines, while contributing to continuous improvement
Participate in technical design and analysis within an Agile team
Problem-solving, take decisions and delivering features in a fast-paced high functioning group
Manage application state using Redux or NgRx
Perform root cause analysis on system/user errors and identifies corrective action
Being an advocate throughout the company for great UX
Provide continuous competitive research, leverages industry resources and market trends and liaise with internal stakeholders
Learn the latest front-end technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques possible

As VP of Sales, your role will span the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, opportunity qualification, sales pursuits, closing strategy and execution. What you will be doing

  • Drive significant growth in the Ontario market and through expansion markets.

  • You have prior success meeting and exceeding growth targets through strategic and creative tactics, the development and implementation of new and innovative sales programs, and the ability to identify, attract, and expand opportunities and customer relationships.
  • You are a senior sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven record of people development, coaching, and culture building.
  • You have exceptional oral and written storytelling skills, including expertise in interpreting and presenting results to a wide range of audiences.
  • You have a can-do attitude who naturally drives towards solutions when problems and challenges occur with an upbeat, positive, and contagious excitement.
  • You have the ability to translate strategy and account planning into practical action, see the big picture and rapidly respond, proactively adjusting and aligning both day-to-day and long term activities to meet shifting demands.
  • You are data-driven and can use metrics to reinforce your assumptions, support recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience within the Real estate industry is not required but is an asset.
  • Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM) and Asana is valuable.
