Position

You will be asked to support our customers, other team leaders, as well as any other employees from the company to resolve technical issues that directly impact customer satisfaction. You will directly supervise a team and contribute to their development through daily meetings. Furthermore, you will participate in the development of multiple projects, tools, procedures, and policies within the department. Also, from production to delivery to our customers, you will be a leading expert in managing the flow of orders and the many communications surrounding the various stages. A robust entrepreneurial spirit and strong communication skills will be important assets in your daily work.

Responsibilities

Carry out regular follow-ups on your team’s productivity level and ensure that the set objectives are met.
Contribute to the development and success of your team members.
Create deficiency reports and send them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate the ongoing development of the BonLook FAQ and email templates.
Oversee the development of customer communications surrounding the various stages of production.
Oversee the public responses given to our customers on the various BonLook “Review” platforms.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures within the department.
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of technological procedures and order flow processing.
Resolve more complex payment or reimbursement problems and make the necessary follow-ups with the finance team and the different payment platforms.
Be the reference in terms of technical knowledge with your team and your fellow supervisors.
Provide daily support to customer support specialists.
Establish daily organizational plans and adjust them accordingly.
Assign tasks to customer support specialists.
Produce monthly quality control reports for each member of your team.
Actively participate in management team meetings.
Transmit all relevant information (promotions, new products, etc…) to the various teams in the department.
Offer support to the stores.

Qualifications

High school diploma completed.
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service.
100% bilingual written and spoken (French and English)
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Creative, independent and fast learner.
Strong social/teamwork skills.
Great time management skills.
Not afraid of rapid growth and quick changes.
