We are looking for
- A 3-5 year Disputes Associate with specific experience in the area of Health Law. The ideal candidate will possess varied experience including health law litigation, advising clients within the health care industry on wide ranging matters and appearing before the Courts and Tribunals.
- A demonstrated interest and experience in Mental Health Law would be considered an asset
- The candidate will have an opportunity to work along side a national team consistently recognized as one of Canada’s best for its extensive and in-depth industry experience.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills

We are looking for:
- A 3-6 year Disputes Associate with demonstrated experience in the area of Labour and Employment law and working knowledge of the challenges facing the workplace today
- This position offers the opportunity for a full practice with a focus on providing clients with practical, efficient and consistent advice on employment and labour issues including disciplinary action, terminations, disability, human rights, workplace health and safety and workplace investigations
- The candidate will have an opportunity work alongside professionals recognized for their extensive and in-depth industry experience across organizations of all sizes, federally- or provincially-regulated, unionized or non-unionized
