What you’ll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, CIBC Digital & Enablement Portfolio Management, the Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management will provide support to the SVP and senior leadership team as required in the planning, assessment, development and implementation of strategies and initiatives across the CIBC Digital & Enablement business. The individual is accountable for delivering on the following key accountabilities and providing direct output support to the Directors, Sr. Director and SVP on any other matters related to the successful management and operations of the department.
What you’ll be doing
The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management applies comprehensive knowledge and skills to support the business through a range of activities in order to achieve operational excellence. The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions including, but not limited to reporting on the portfolio’s project & operational budgets, owning and maintaining the portfolio’s ongoing resource management tool, managing the portfolios end-to-end invoicing process and device management. The role applies professional, analytical and communication skills to maintain the momentum of work packages and operational business functions.

How you’ll succeed
Relationship Management – Liaise with functional groups across CIBC when developing business analysis. Work closely with partners in Technology and business product groups to ensure strategic and financial alignment. This includes working with project managers to accurately forecast and manage monthly costs, support resourcing requests, device management, and invoicing.
Analysis & Operational Reporting – Oversee reporting on performance, related to financials and operational metrics for the CIBC Digital & Enablement PBB businesses, in collaboration with Finance and other partners. Manage strategic and project portfolio planning and reporting, including monthly portfolio reporting, and resource planning. Develop presentations for an executive audience and partner with senior leadership in communicating key messages intended to support strategic decision making.
