About This Opportunity

As Demand Planning Manager you will be the key liaison between Commercial Strategy, National Retail Sales and Supply Chain for communication related to volume forecast generation and adjustments. This position will take a leadership role in driving process improvement by utilizing available tools to deliver more accurate forecasts, and ensuring key deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Operating Unit for new and limited time volume forecasts, and related cannibalization.
• Generate volume forecasts for new products using planning software to deliver accurate concentrate and material requirements to manufacturing, purchasing and supply planning.
• Act as key business partner with Small Store National Sales team, and Regional Operating Unit, leveraging business intelligence to build a consensus Demand Plan, both short and long term.
• Analyze business performance data and trends to identify variances and areas for improved forecast accuracy
• Provide input on demand planning software by using subject matter expertise to improve capabilities and recommend continuous improvements.
• Participate in the Demand Review process, working with Sales, Supply Planning and Leadership team.
• Manage two direct reports
• Highly developed soft skills such as positive attitude, communication skills, conflict resolution, coaching and collaboration are critical to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree completed

The Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics (Commercial Growth Strategy & Execution Department) role(s) is reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Data Science or Manager, Data Science, Advanced Analytics with the role(s) principally based at the Toronto King St office with work-from-home flexibility.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the data science sub-team in Advanced Analytics – a department within the Commercial Growth Strategy & Execution broader team. This advanced analytics team is responsible for driving the development, leadership, and improvement of all commercial analytics modeling & output responsibilities and the group needed to drive a culture of advanced analytics for Coke Canada inclusive of categories, brands, channel, customer, and product analysis from descriptive through to predictive stages.

The focus of this individual will be to contribute to the structure, building, and utilization of tools that identify opportunities and risks and form outputs that can be readily useable for live pilots and full executions with our other department partners. In this data science focused team, this individual will have direct accountability for use of the data and the models built in addition to the usability of the insights and pipeline of areas of innovation for the team.

This role operates in both direct contribution as well as indirect stewardship of cross functional members utilizing analytics. Responsibilities

Commercial Analytics
•    Key contributor for the development of Coke Canada commercial analytics tools and communication of implementation strategies
•    Key support and responsible for the results of innovation cannibalization, collision matrix, customer and consumer segmentation, brand attribute analysis, store clustering, and channel pilot projects for revenue improvement
•    Key contributor to the development of the trade spend optimization tools and processes for all channels in conjunction with other partner resources

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the delivery of total rewards programs by performing various analytical, technical and administrative functions. The successful candidate will act with independence, discretion, judgement, and initiative to provide routine and project support to the total rewards team. Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Analyst is mainly responsible for conducting data analysis, executing routine administration and resolving case escalations. This role works closely with the Total Rewards team, payroll and administration, and the Human Resources team.

Main Responsibilities: 

•    Investigate and resolve benefits and pension case escalations in a timely manner.
•    Provide technical advice and interpretation to Human Resources and business leaders on benefits and pension deductions, contributions and overpayments.
•    Conduct weekly data analysis on benefits and pension files and resolve data discrepancies.
•    Support the annual benefits enrollment process and the annual compensation cycles.

About This Opportunity

The Reliability Engineer will have a keen interest in data and numbers, often collecting and analyzing metrics from processes or components. From there, creating statistical analysis, charts, drawings, and reports to help build the Technical Strategy and showcasing Maintenance Excellence and Reliability.

Guiding the execution of the Technical Strategy involves taking a macro look at other factors and helping the factory make the best decisions. These efforts ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
  • Participates in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans. Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
  • Participates in the final check out of new installations. This includes factory and site acceptance testing that will assure adherence to functional specifications.
  • Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
  • Professionally and systematically defines, designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes:
  • Value-added preventive maintenance tasks
  • Effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
  • Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation.
  • Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. These problems include capacity, quality, cost or regulatory compliance issues. To fulfill this responsibility the Reliability Engineer applies:
  • Data analysis techniques that can include:
  • Statistical Process Control
  • Reliability modeling and prediction
  • Fault Tree Analysis
  • Weibull Tree Analysis
  • Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology
  • Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA)

  • Works with Production to perform analyses of assets including:

  • Other parameters that define operating condition, reliability and costs of assets
  • Provides technical support to production, maintenance management and technical personnel.
  • Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical discipline is preferred (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.) OR 10+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or American Society for Quality – Certified Reliability Engineer (ASQ CRE) is preferred. Candidate is required to complete one of two within first year of job.
  • Excellent people collaboration skills and approachability. This individual must have the ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to participate in and at times lead cross-functional teams, inclusive of leadership teams, at the Site and Regional level.
  • Team Working – Ensure that the Maintenance Team functions in a team-working environment, respecting all points of view to drive the most optimal outcomes.

About This Opportunity

The Finance Specialist, Supply Chain will be directly involved with accurately creating and/ or posting manufacturing and planning related journal entries to ensure timely and accurately stated financial statements. You are responsible for developing account reconciliations and standard reporting required to support weekly analysis of financial performance.

This role is a provider of support to multiple stakeholders including finance, production facility & planning. You will play a key role in the preparation, analysis and presentation of the annual budget. Monthly, you will be required to provide analysis on results compared to budget and provide a recommendation on a rolling forecast for the year. Daily, you are responsible for preparing Key Business Indicators (KBI) and analysis for action by Senior Management. The position assists with quarterly and year-end reporting packages, including analyzing results monthly/quarterly for productivity savings initiatives.

•    Annual Budgeting of production operating expenses (labour, overhead, absorption, etc.) inclusive of budget template creation, analysis, and presentations to senior management working with plant managers and other stakeholders
•    Identify, compute financial impact and track progress on Process Defective Material Requests, including computing
•    This position must become familiar with, help develop as needed, and adhere to accounting procedures (IFRS).
•    Identify, lead and execute process improvement initiatives
•    Participate and manage ad-hoc projects and other duties as they arise

Qualifications

•    Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting or Finance
•    Minimum one to three years’ experience in accounting, costing or manufacturing
•    Understanding of inventory accounting and related movements
•    Understanding of absorption costing
•    Clear communication written and verbal
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office products; knowledge of advanced Excel functionality and knowledge of Access is preferred
•    Experience with Anaplan is preferred
•    Experience in using SAP & Anaplan software
•    Ability to travel between Brampton and Toronto offices

Preferred
• MBA, CPA or CPA student preferred
• Minimum one to three years work experience in accounting field, account analysis and reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
