Dynacare Génétique et services spécialisés est présentement à la recherche d’Adjoint (e) administratif pour se joindre à son équipe de Laval. C’est un rôle permanent à temps plein, du Lundi au Vendredi.

Sous la responsabilité du supérieur immédiat, le commis administratif est appelé à réaliser les tâches les suivantes :

RESPONSABILITÉS

Administration

Mise à jour de l’agenda du directeur
Planifier et coordonner les réunions et événements internes et externes
Soutien administratif au directeur et gestionnaires
Coordination des voyages d’affaires
Maintien des comptes de dépenses et petite caisse
Coordonner des feuilles de temps
Coordonner les contrats et ententes de confidentialité et assurer un suivi des signatures
Coordonner les plaintes, demandes ou de certains projets en lien avec l’édifice
Coordonner le registre des clés et casiers
Mise à jour des listes : postes téléphoniques; employés, sécurité et autres
Soutien aux différents comités : social, santé et sécurité, secouristes, etc.
Accueil et intégration des nouveaux employés
Approvisionner les départements de fournitures de bureau
Distribution du courrier
Réception de la clientèle
Classement et archivage de documents
Production des documents relatifs aux services
Entrée de données diverses
Gestion documentaire de l’Assurance Qualité
Coordonner le registre des cartes d’accès
Faire certains déplacements hors-site
Backup Coordonnateur administratif/facturation

This An Entry Level Position To Look After High Volume Recruitment And An Opportunity To Join Our Team And Make A Difference In Healthcare.

This Position Primarily Works From Home And Will Come In The Office As Needed .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Build strong relationships with the clients/hiring managers through understanding different business streams, staffing levels and position requirements
  • Provide support to managers regarding hiring decision as the SME for Talent Acquisition
  • Create job postings and ensure internal and external posting and distribution
  • Source talent utilizing the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, external job boards and consistent partnership with various educational institutions
  • Manage, maintain and update the ATS and recruitment reports
  • Support recruitment lifecycle in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Screen, interview, assess candidates and manage the employment offer process in conjunction with the Human Resources Generalists
  • Monitor the hiring process to ensure conformity to recruitment policies, procedures and best practices and advise managers of relevant legislations related to the recruitment function and risks associated with non-compliance
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the human resources team to ensure successful on-boarding of the new hire
  • Manage local HR/talent measurements and highlight trends
  • Collaborate with broader human resources team to manage local recruitment drives, career fairs and other attraction practices that support business needs

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of recruitment related legislation and best practices as demonstrated through CHRP, RPR and AIRS recruitment related certifications such as CSSR, ACIR, CDR, CIR
  • Understanding of and demonstrated ability in applying behavioural profiling tools such as DISC in the talent acquisition process
  • BA in business and/or social science discipline or equivalent demonstrating understanding of human behavior as applied to the workplace
  • Minimum 1/2 years of recruitment experience with high volume hiring requirements
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and social media tools

 

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to effectively develop assessment criteria and tools based on required candidate competencies
  • Demonstrate ability to use internet search tools and programs to source candidates (Boolean, XRay, LinkedIn recruiter, Corporate Works, etc.)
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and self-manage in a deadline oriented environment with frequent interruptions

 

Social Process Skills

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills demonstrating fluency in English required for public presentations, phone and internet based interviewing, report, letter and contract writing
  • Ability to collaborate and problem solve with multiple stakeholders in projects
