As a Partner Account Lead at Flipp, you are responsible for building and executing winning plans with sophisticated partnerships across retail, CPG, and agencies in North America. You will take initiative and work with a strong team to create and communicate recommendations to external partners. These recommendations will be built using your business acumen, an understanding of the partner and the market they operate in, and Flipp’s leading technology and vast set of shopper data.

Your partner will leverage you as a high trust consultant to their business and you will see your ideas implemented in markets across North America. In addition to driving strategic alignment with Flipp’s partners, you will work with a best-in-class team to deliver both technology initiatives and revenue targets. And, of course, you will have fun and watch yourself develop in the process.

Most of the things you’ll work on:

  • As the primary business owner and key point of contact for manager and director level contacts, you will create and execute winning business plans that deliver on key revenue and technology initiatives.
  • Lead retailer projects end-to-end, including planning, sell-in, execution, communication, and reporting. Both with internal and external teams.
  • Acting as a strategic consultant for your retailers and having an in-depth understanding of both Flipp’s and the partner’s business, you will Align, Sell, and Execute plans that drive joint value for the retailer, Flipp and the shopper.
  • Working cross functionally to provide custom insights and actionable data to build compelling stories that help drive the business and retailer objectives forward.
  • You will leverage data and financial metrics to build business cases that communicate size of prize, costs, and ROI both internally and externally.
  • Effectively communicate identified problems, resolution times and detail solutions to your retailers in a way that does not deteriorate the strength of the partnership.

You’ll need to have:

  • 3-7 years of sales experience. Those with experience in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology will find the position to be a strong fit
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree
  • Demonstrated Leadership ability.
  • Strength working in a team-first environment including working with cross-functional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to work with complex data to drive insights and action.
  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to lead and influence thinking internally and externally.

We’re looking for Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the internal & external quarterback for the entire campaign execution workflow beginning early in the sales pipeline. This will unlock significant time for quota-carrying team members to prospect, plan, and execute selling activities in pursuit of the team’s partner development & revenue goals. The BDC role can be considered the entry-level role to the Brand Platform sales team and provides training, learning & development opportunities to progress into quota-carrying selling roles on the team.

Support the BDSs, BDLs, and BDMs on sales calls to develop the pipeline (meeting support)
Act as a key player in translating partner strategy & requirements for internal stakeholders
Be the single point of contact with partner coordinators/analysts/managers to obtain assets & information critical to campaign execution. Responsible for keeping external partners on track for on-time program delivery
Ensure external stakeholders are kept informed on progress
Request media plans based on partner strategic objectives & requirements; via case/ticket creation, ensuring Operations & Media Science teams have the information required for flawless campaign execution
Work with the creative team when required to bring partners’ strategies to life visually
Coordinate among all parties to ensure all steps in the campaign execution workflow are completed on time and with quality.
Quickly escalate challenges or roadblocks in campaign execution to the BDS/BDL/BDM.
Audit campaign execution “in the wild” to ensure partner commitments are kept & excellent user experiences

As an Enterprise PRM at Flipp, you are responsible for leading successful partnerships with the largest retailers across North America, driving the strategic objectives and revenue growth for a book of business worth $12M. Most of what you’ll work on:

  • You will be immediately managing digital media campaigns for some of the largest brands in North America ensuring that campaigns are performing above expectations
