We’re seeking an intermediate level Data Analytics Engineerfor our Data Engineering team. The Data team is both a support function and strategic partner at Fullscript and will be a key area of investment in the future. Data is used to drive effective planning and decision making all the way from exploration of opportunities, to hypothesis testing and goal setting, to measurement of results and iteration. We will invest heavily in the coming years to make data more accessible to our internal teams and to leverage it within our application to provide our practitioners and patients with data-driven tools and experiences.
As the Data Analytics Engineer you will be building the data platform that powers our decision making. This same platform also provides key insights for our practitioners and their patients through analytics and advanced metrics.

What you’ll do

    • You will collaborate across functions such as analytics, product, and operations to understand their data
    • Using that insight, you will write the data transformation code in ELT pipelines to integrate that data into our data warehouse for consumption by the reporting and data analytics functions
    • Working with other data engineers you will create and populate the data models for downstream consumption and write tests to ensure data quality
    • Apply version control, testing and continuous integration (CI) in the data transformation code.
    • Maintain data documentation and definitions

What you bring to the table

    • 2+ years in Data Analytics and/or Data Engineering position as part of ETL/ELT process or data insights development
    • Strong proficiency with SQL, and using Python for data transformation
    • Experience working with dbt (data build tool)
    • Experience working with Cloud Data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    • You write tests for data quality as part of the data pipeline and understand their value
    • Keen interest in learning more about programming, modern data stack and data engineering.

Bonus

    • Experience writing and implementing data transformation pipelines in Argo, Airflow or similar Workflow orchestration tools
    • Data warehouse modeling experience
    • DevOps experience

Full script is looking for a talented content marketing specialist to join our dynamic marketing organization. As a member of the corporate communications team, your goal will be to help elevate the Full script brand by building a robust content strategy that delights and inspires our audience. You will develop content that will be used across Full script’s various communication channels such as videos, blogs, web and social assets. It will require you to be an agile thinker, expert communicator, strong collaborator, and project manager – all with a growth mindset. Above all, you are someone who is passionate about telling compelling brand stories and is looking for a role that allows you to bring your best ideas to work every day.

Content Strategy and Development

  • Co-create and support overarching content strategy across the organization that enriches our brand story to target audiences
  • Create content briefs detailing scope, deadlines, deliverables, and performance objectives needed to executive effective content campaigns
  • Create a steady stream of assets that be leveraged across various channels and use cases (ie. building infographics, webinar content, video and blogs from a thought leadership report)
  • Partner with content and product marketing team to develop content road map based on buyer persona and place in buyer journey
  • Collaborate with creative team and other stakeholders on content creation, design and testing strategies
  • Facilitate content workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders across the organization
  • Assist with market research as needed to guide content strategy

Content Management

  • Implement appropriate tools to continuously optimize content performance
  • Develop, measure and monitor content KPIs to ensure we are meeting objectives
  • Provide feedback across teams about content trends and performance to ensure alignment and correct prioritization

Content Creation

  • Author and edit compelling content as needed designed to bring heightened awareness to our brand story across our audiences
  • Adhere to brand standards and best practices when developing content for Full script asset, while following SEO best practices
  • Edit and proofread content authored from other internal or partner sources to ensure accuracy of content, brand positioning, voice and tone for error-free publishing

Requirements

  • Degree in communications, marketing, English or related field
  • 5+ years of content experience including deep understanding of strategy development, management and performance reporting
  • Proven experience crafting content that inspires and motivates your target audience
  • Ability to develop and document content strategies and assets and coordinate plans with stakeholders
  • Highly detail oriented and deadline focused
  • Strong project management skills (Asana)
  • Ability to develop content for various marketing channels including social, blogs, video and web
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Balance of analytical and creative thinking
  • Knowledgeable of SEO trends/keyword identification and how to incorporate into content
