Your New Role Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.Responsibilities:

  • You will lead projects or elements of large engagements, including client integration, service delivery and sales support.
  • You will deal with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential.
  • You may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.
  • You will work with existing clients on new requirements and process improvements
  • You will assist with Incumbent Admin to Citco and Citco to New Admin
  • You will work with Existing Clients on Efficiencies
  • You will participate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies
  • You will provide sales with assistance on Request For Proposals (RFP)
  • You will be involved with AA / SLA negotiation
  • You will be involved with new client launches/conversions and new Business Existing Client (NBEC) launches
  • You will assist with onboarding of Ancillary services
  • You will coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
  • You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
  • You will oversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team
  • You will oversee major SLA changes

What you need to succeed in this role
Qualifications:

  • You will have strong knowledge of the financial services industry, its products and practices and a strong interest in further development and learning
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
  • You will have a minimum of 4 years in the financial services or project management industry
  • You have the ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
  • You have proven Project Management Experience
  • You must be creative and innovative with a client focus
  • You will strive for continuous improvement and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Recruiter – Markham – 3 months + potential to extend

Hays Recruitment has partnered with a leading staffing agency who supply temporary and full-time staff placements for child care centres and private schools. They are looking to hire a Recruiter on a 3 month contract + strong potential to extend. The hours are Mondays and Fridays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and Tuesdays – Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. This is a hybrid role working at the office 3 days and 2 days remote

Your new role

The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining a team of child care staff meet the demands of Sentient’s continual growth in markets across Ontario

  • Plan recruitment message. Change messaging; maintain brand guidelines. Stay competitive in recruitment messaging. Propose for approval.
  • Create recruitment posts once per week on Facebook, I.G. and Website. Whenever possible, add an application button to posts. Track ROI weekly. Work with Marketing to boost Social Media posts, when needed.
  • Research the most suitable groups, blogs, and websites on which to post for free and paid advertising.
  • Market Sentient’s expanded HR Services to clients related to our service offering to hire Permanent staff to child care centres.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System, JazzHR.
  • Fulfill the recruitment requirements for Permanent Hires.
  • Lead the creation of an HR Policy and Procedure cloud-based document database for our supply staff to remain up to date with any changes that would affect the child care industry.
  • Organize, plan, and execute HR-related webinars for supply staff and clients.
  • Contact colleges and plan a schedule for hosting a Zoom virtual job fair during the fiscal year.
  • Monitor the e-Orientation site and ensure our targets for student’s completing the e-Orientation are met. Motivate and inspire students who are enrolled to complete the course in order to commence their first day of work.
  • Collect all required documentation for work in child care for Sentient supply staff prospects.
  • Update our Website with new job postings.
  • Integrate the Recruitment Video in Media Ads, Social, Fairs, Orientation.
  • Work with Marketing to recruit using digital marketing strategies.
  • Interview Candidates for Sentient Supply, CFEL and Permanent Hires.
  • Focus online recruitment in areas of need.
  • Track success of recruitment strategies.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • 2 years recruitment experience min.
  • Looking for someone that has done mass recruitment experience
  • Confident with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills

What you’ll get in return

This role is offering $20-$26/hr + the potential to extend
