We are looking for the right candidate to join our management team as Executive Chef.
As a leader in the convention industry, we provide a superior customer experience with a high standardof service excellence.
We require a motivated, creative, energetic, and career-minded Executive Chef to oversee all culinaryoperations of the Centre. You should be able to showcase and demonstrate:
– proven progressive experience in various kitchen environments, managing multiple banquet eventswith a high level of product presentation to create a positive guest experience
– ability to create and maintain large scale menu offerings that incorporate localized partnerships andreflect current food and beverage trends at an international level
– ability to maintain responsible food and labour costing structures through various business levels
understanding and knowledge to maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations byensuring adherence to sanitary and safe food handling guidelines at all times
– Leadership and team development experience with a large and diverse employee group within aunionized environment
