The Market Maker team is a 2-year old entrepreneurial group within IBM established to act as a sales engine for C-Suite sponsored deals. The role of a Market Maker is two-fold, orchestrate integrated multi-business unit proposals that deliver the value of one IBM and accelerate new revenue and growth opportunities for our clients. The team also drives operational efficiency through intelligent workflows, automation and straight forward cost take out. The program bridges IBM’s cognitive enterprise proposition with the entire breath of the IBM portfolio. We use advanced BI methods to discover and confirm c-suite priorities and integrate them into 100 million dollar opportunities. We are looking for a Market Maker with a strong analytical and business development background to lead the formulation of big deals from incubation through orals. Lead engagements including a team of consultants, SMEs, delivery executives and contracting/pricing teams focused on driving large, transformational deals through close.
