Job Description

Job Summary:

The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients by answering their requests regarding both server-side and client-side applications and systems that will enable them to make a difference in their day-to-day operations and ultimately improve their delivery of patient care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide excellent System Support services:

Respond to client problems (phone/tickets) and proactively monitor client’s installations; ● Prioritize your workload based on client’s SLA and transfer tickets to proper department when required;

Analyze and troubleshoot the workflow of a complex integration of network devices, workstations and servers;

Log and document all incidents in the ITSM (ServiceNow and/or Jira) and fix client’s problems; ● Perform database maintenance using SQL statements;

Edit configuration files on Linux servers or troubleshoot applications on remote workstations running Microsoft Windows

Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience in a customer service or technical support role

3+ years of experience in Linux system and network administration

Remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels)

Basic knowledge of SQL databases (Sybase, MySQL, postgresql)

Microsoft Windows (basic workstation configuration and troubleshooting)

Knowledge of a scripting language (such as Perl, python or shell) is an asset ● Experience with TCP/IP, network security, IPSec or VPN is an asset

Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills

Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand medical imaging ● Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills

Outstanding teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships

Job Description

Intelerad is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, a strong dedication to hard work, and the ability to drive continuous improvement to fill an Accounts Receivable Specialist role that will be a key asset in the future of a successful software business. This Specialist will play an integral role in ensuring highly accurate financials and be a key member of the accounting team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Accounts Receivables on a daily basis
  • Apply customers payments on a daily basis
  • Assess and monitor credit risk for our clients
  • Resolves collection issue by following an escalation process and involving different team members and negotiate customer payment plans
  • Follow-up with clients on overdue payments and update account status accordingly
  • Escalate any problematics
  • Forecast monthly cash receipts
  • Analyse and assess bad debt provision
  • Supporting Finance and Accounting team
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress

Qualifications

  • DEC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Two or more years of experience in an accounts receivable or collections role
  • Bilingualism is preferred (English and French)
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • High standards of accuracy and precision
  • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
  • Highly organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Summary:

The Hosted Infrastructure Engineer II position is responsible for handling initial requests that come into the Hosted Infrastructure department. This position acts as the face of the department to either clients or other internal teams.  In addition to performing scheduled tasks such as daily checklists, the Hosted Infrastructure Engineer I is also responsible for initial troubleshooting of issues. This position works closely with Hosted Infrastructure Engineer II to bring issues to resolution quickly and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Initial troubleshooting on most requests that come into the department
  • Build, design, deploy, and maintain new servers, cloud services, storage, and network changes
  • Assess urgency of issues and facilitate follow-up and resolution or escalates when appropriate
  • Participate in discussions for applications performance and infrastructure outage incidents to provide monitoring observations and updates
  • Recognize and resolve server, network, and storage issues
  • Use and troubleshoot scripts, Infrastructure as Code and automation platforms
  • Participate in schedule tasks such as daily checklists and in on-call rotation

Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and translate complex requirements into working solutions.

  • Experience with networking, including routing and switching.

Summary of the role: 

The Senior Client Project Manager’s role is to define and manage the entire process of delivering product implementation and expansion of complex projects for Intelerad’s clients and partners.  Senior Client Project Managers interact with clients in order to install, optimize or change their PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System) or RIS (Radiology Information System) to suit their business outcomes.  These projects are achieved by utilizing Intelerad’s project methodology which encompasses comprehensive project planning, execution and reporting processes, templates and tools.  Project governance, risk monitoring, scope definition and other activities are key elements of a Senior Client Project Manager’s daily life at Intelerad.

What you will do?

  • Manages projects from kickoff to implementation and client acceptance
  • Develop, manage and execute the project plan, and be accountable for results.
  • Guide clients through the preparation of their IT infrastructure.
  • Manage communications between the client, Intelerad and other project participants.
  • Oversee the efforts of the required internal specialists / departments.
  • Create and update project documentation for both internal and the client’s use.

Qualifications

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in Business or other equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, desirably software implementations, with an eye to managing risk, scope, quality and budget.
  • Experience delivering project results to external clients, desirably in a professional services context (billable).
  • Sufficient knowledge to discuss general hardware (MB/GB/TB, server partitioning, RAIDs, workstations, UPS) and networking (client/server architecture, LANs, bandwidth, VPNs, firewalls) concepts with IT personnel.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication, including the ability to work with all levels of internal and external organizations in an assertive manner.

Desired Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, planning, and project reporting skills.
  • Ability to deliver according to forecast and both articulate and manage the impact of project work on company revenues.
  • PMP or similar accreditation (e.g. PRINCE2) is highly desired
  • Previous industry experience (e.g.: radiology, PACS, RIS, medical imaging equipment, etc.), an asset
