Brief job description:
The position consists of performing various tasks related to quality control in order to validate compliance with the various standards established in the HACCP program. The incumbent will also have to replace various quality control positions and must be able to perform the tasks of day and evening QC technician, laboratory technician, HACCP technician, defect detectors , as well as operational checks and daily follow-ups with CFIA.
Training required:
Diploma of collegial studies relevant to the job in dietetic technique, laboratory technique or animal health technique;
1 year of experience in a similar job

Job Description
Les Spécialités Prodal, division of Breton tradition 1944, is currently looking for a Sanitation attendant for its plant located in St-Bernard de Beauce. As a sanitation attendant you will have to perform tasks relating to the cleaning of equipment, tools, machinery and work areas. You will be called upon to clean the walls, floors and plant equipment using pressure hoses, chemicals and rags, following the sanitation procedures in force in the plant.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience in industrial cleaning (asset)
Ability to work in the cold, work night shifts and in a humid environment.
Availability for overtime (asset)
Ability to travel to St-Bernard (Municipality not served by public transport).
