Manager, IT End User Support ( 12 Month Contract)

What You’ll Do:

  • Daily review of support queues, ensuring tickets are resolved within Service Level Agreement have knowledge based articles and problem tickets (where required) linked to them
  • Meet regularly with external vendor who manages hands and feet support for End User Services to review ticket handling and address any room for improvement
  • Manage lifecycle and regular reviews of knowledge articles including introducing new knowledge articles and retiring old articles as required
  • Drive root cause resolution for problem tickets
  • Work with vendor to create a better hardware inventory management system
  • Manage vendor performance against Service Level Agreements and individual colleague opportunities

What you Bring:

  • Experience in a technology support role
  • End user computing knowledge (Widows OS, Microsoft Suite, computer hardware)
  • Experiencing managing vendor partnerships and performance
  • Organized
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to identify and prioritize individual tasks without direction
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency
