about this team
The Agile Retail Leasing team supports the company goals by providing short term innovative concepts and agile stores. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Agile Retail Leasing, the leasing specialist is responsible for reviewing, managing, negotiating and executing short term leasing initiatives, lease extensions, and in collaboration with the area director and the agile team, the execution of new agile concepts in the assigned regions. The successful candidate will be goal oriented to deliver on targets while maintaining adherence to process and applicable time lines. As a leasing specialist, this role will ensure understanding and compliance with company and departmental policies/procedures and internal controls.

  • Secure and negotiate short leases while adhering to lease and financial standards within tight timelines
  • Renew and manage all lease obligations within your regional short-term agile portfolio (renewing, drafting documentation, alignment with operations and real estate based on market strategies)
  • Manage lease obligations within your assigned region (rental invoices, lease reviews, renewal approvals, amending agreements, estoppels, SNDA’s and other required agreements)
  • Abstract and verify lease language into a lease management software and file management system
  • Build and manage cross functional relationships with internal and external partners
  • Communicate and track critical dates for new and existing locations
