What you’ll do

Support the development of new and innovative solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature
Coordinates and implements changes to documentation and, if required, identify areas of opportunity for operational efficiencies or improved customer experience.
Actively anticipates patterns and links; looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications
Recommend and implement continuous improvement to processes and outputs from Knowledge Management
Review feedback related to current processes and procedures for updates, changes, and new content.
Decipher complex product related material such API specifications, implementation guides, and getting started guides to assess the need for new content and the updating of existing content. Includes the maintenance of other content repositories for higher level specialized skills.
Accountable for the creation of process and procedural content for complex and highly technical or specialized support functions, solutions and products including but not confined to Gateway, Transit Open Payments, and PetroTrak.
Review and recommend efficiencies for Knowledge related flows and content in Microsoft 360.

What you bring

Must-have experience, knowledge, skills & abilities

Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in high touch complex investigations or relevant role
Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Your responsibilities

Support the development of new and innovative solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature
Coordinate and implement documentation changes and identify process optimization opportunities for improved organizational efficiency and customer experience
Recommend and implement continuous improvement of knowledge management office processes and results
Review feedback on current processes and procedures for updates, changes and new content
Decipher complex product-related documents, such as API specifications, implementation guides, and getting started guides, to assess the need for new content and updating existing content
Write content for processes and procedures for complex and highly technical support functions, solutions and products, including but not limited to Gateway, Transit Open Payments and PetroTrak

Your profile

Experience, knowledge, skills and abilities required

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in high-level complex investigations or in a relevant role.
Very good communication and negotiation skills
Detail oriented and able to translate information directly to customers/ internal stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Mastery of the MS Office / MS Windows suite

Teste, dépanne et répare les équipements et les composants dans un centre de réparation conformément aux procédures de qualité établies; effectue des tests pour s’assurer que les produits réparés répondent aux spécifications techniques. Informe le service de développement des produits des défaillances répétées au niveau des composants. Repère et contrôle les composants pour détecter les défaillances à l’aide de divers équipements de contrôle, notamment des équipements de contrôle automatique standard, de table, et des instruments de mesure spécialisés non standards. Compare les résultats des tests avec les spécifications et les normes; consigne les résultats et les données des tests

Effectue des tâches opérationnelles et manuelles, principalement liées à la fabrication et à la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou à un autre type d’environnement axé sur les opérations.
Achever le travail de production à partir de l’atelier de production en s’assurant que les unités sont traitées selon les quotas définis
Offrir du soutien quotidien dans l’entrepôt, notamment pour l’entreposage, l’emballage, le déplacement ou le ramassage d’équipement électronique

What you’ll do

Tests, troubleshoots and repairs equipment and components in a repair center environment according to established quality procedures; conducts tests to ensure that repaired products meet technical specifications. Advises product development of recurring component failures. Traces and tests components to locate defects using a variety of test equipment, including standard, bench-type, automatic test equipment and nonstandard, specialized measuring instruments. Compares test results with specifications and standards; records test results and data.

Performs operational or manual tasks, primarily in manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments
Typically performs unskilled or semi-skilled work
Requires working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience
Identifies the problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures
Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Complete production work from Production Workbench, ensuring units are processed per established quotas
Provide day to day support within the warehouse including storing, packing, moving and/or picking electronic equipment Log inventory transactions and input/record test results gathered from Repair Centre Technicians
Perform inventory movements / spot checks in order to maintain system efficiency and accuracy
Stock and maintain various items needed for testing
Download various applications onto tested and repaired devices
Support report preparation through the gathering and assembly of various data reports
Responsible for moving bins between processing stations
