PAL Airlines is currently seeking a Full-time Permanent Base Manager to join the crew in Montreal, QC!
The Base Manager is responsible to the Flight Operations Manager for the ongoing safe and efficient management of Flight Operations at the Montreal base. The Base Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations at the base.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Liaise with the Maintenance Department to ensure aircraft serviceability meets operational requirements;
Liaise with external agencies for base related operating activities;
Leading the SMS and the Management of Change (MOC) process is it relates to their assigned bases;
Responsible to the Chief Pilot for all base matters pertaining to pilot duties and on matters of training and scheduling;
OSH & AOSH requirements of the base;
The maintenance coordination of company infrastructure;
Maintaining supplies for the base as required;
Complete regular scheduled audits as assigned by the Quality department;
Assist the Flight Attendant Manager in any base requirements;
Assisting in resolving operational disruptions;
Act as the Base Aviation Safety Officer; and,
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive multi-year aviation experience at a regional airline;
Experience liaising with external stakeholders such as airport authorities, aviation contractors, and regulatory bodies;
Experience with Safety Management Systems, OSH, Management of Change, and auditing;
Previous experience in supervisory or management role;
Previous training experience; and,
Excellent decision making and leadership skills.

PAL Airlines is currently seeking aFull-time Permanent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Customers through all phases of their booking, flight check-in and aircraft boarding and deplaning processes in accordance to our Customer Service policies, company procedures and safety and regulatory processes;
Responsible for the safe movement of our passengers to and from our aircrafts and to provide any extra assistance when required;
Provide Outstanding Customer Service to our Customers;
Working with the PAL Airlines team on developing new Customer Service initiatives and ideas;
Administration duties and reporting in relation to the operations of PAL Airlines scheduled and Charter flights;
Work closely with all departments of PAL Airlines to ensure our Customer`s experience is an enjoyable one from origin to destination
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing Customer Service in a fast pace environment;
Must possess exceptional Customer Service skills;
Must exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills as well as excellent problem solving skills as this position requires on the spot decision making;
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment;
Must be able to obtain a clear Record of Conduct.
