As a SAP CRM WEB UI Senior Technical Systems Analyst within the Core Banking Integration group, you will become a part of the Linx Development team, responsible for providing technology solutions in the Mortgage Origination space. You will partner with other Linx SAP teams (Functional and Basis), and you would have the opportunity to communicate directly with various lines of business, to design and build new capabilities and services in the existing system.

What will you do?

  • Assess, research and analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options to recommend technology solutions and designs that meet sponsor needs and PLC deliverables including component reusability, data sharing and security
  • Prepare high level and detailed technical specifications for small to medium complexity projects involving SAP CRM WEB UI, ABAP, and or Adobe Forms features according to PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives
  • Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies
  • Develop, code, document and execute unit test, system, integration and acceptance test using SAP ABAP, and testing tools
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases
  • Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
  • Effectively communicate and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
  • Facilitate small to large group meetings for technical design, decision making, problem solving and task implementation

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Professional with experience on SAP applications with multiple functions
  • E2E Project experience in SAP CRM 7.0 ABAP Development (Advanced level ABAP Object Oriented Programming skills)
  • E2E Project experience in SAP CRM WEB UI Development (e.g. BSP components, GENIL/BOL, AET, CRM Event Handler and Post Processing Framework (PPF))
  • E2E Project experience in Smart Forms, Adobe Forms Development, ODATA, Interfaces (ABAP Proxy development), BAPI, BADI and RFC
  • Experience with SAP PI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology

Nice-to-have

  • Sound knowledge of CRM Sales Module and SAP CRM Account origination flow/business idea
  • Experience with AUnit and E-CATT
  • Core Java, Java Spring Boot / Spring Cloud framework

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you execute customer due diligence refresh in line with Regulatory and RBC Enterprise policy requirements. You will execute client risk assessments for RBC Investor Service (IS) Trust inclusive of Investment Counsellor Services, and Treasury & Market Services (TMS) business lines.  Collection of all client documentation is to be housed centrally within the global AML/KYC application the RBC IS Trust Global Due Diligence team inclusive of other first line of defence (LOD) AML/KYC activities.

What will you do?

  • Work with Business Unit Leads, team members and associated stakeholders to identify, formulate, validate, document and communicate existing (and future) AML/KYC  refresh documentation requirements
  • Support all assigned tasks and activities (small and medium) through all phases of the AML/KYC refresh process
  • Update RBC I&TS KYC systems and databases with the most current AML/KYC client refresh documentation, Risk Scoring, Client Identifications, conduct name scanning and KYC Refresh/Remediation of the existing Canadian jurisdiction clients. The analyst may be required to support other business segments as business priorities shift.
  • Track and report on file progress including percentage completed, sign off status, pending responses, and action plan to obtain necessary information
  • Interface with key department heads and immediate team to garner support and to drive business improvement efforts such as defining processes and developing / enhancing business performance

Must have:

  • 2 to 3 years of AML/KYC experience with an good understanding of Canadian Regulatory requirements

Job Description

As an Assistant Branch Manager Service, you motivate and coach a high-performing team of Advisors in a dynamic, high-volume, and rewarding marketplace, while establishing and achieving team sales objectives. You coach your team to increase skills and capabilities to maximize sales and referral opportunities, enable digital education and usage, and promote problem resolution at first point of contact. Sharing common goals, purpose, vision, and values with RBC partners, you build relationships and encourage collaboration across all roles. Further, you support the ongoing development of your team through consistent sales routines to ensure a high level of employee capability and engagement.

What will you do?

  • Ensure high employee engagement through talent management, development and career planning
  • Deliver results through strong sales management routines and coaching ability
  • Partner with your manager to ensure operational effectiveness of the branch and maximize the performance of the team
  • Inspire, orchestrate and pioneer superior retailing excellence to deliver a memorable client experience
  • Coach your team on client advice and education, problem resolution and prevention at first point of contact, and advocate for digital enablement and multichannel usage
  • Leverage partners to establish both internal and external working relationships to support business objectives
  • Address local community needs through appropriate recruitment and management practices

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a people management/coaching role within the financial industry
  • Proven success in business growth, as well as establishing community and client relationships
  • At least 2 years of licensed mutual fund sales experience within the last 3 years
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC)
  • Completion of an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam (BCO) offered by the CSI, or ability to write the exam within 4 months of start date

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in both business and personal banking
  • Strong understanding of sales management routines and ability to lead the team to action
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to seek out and develop new business
