We are looking for a talented, Business Development Manager who wants to grow with the MoveSnap team. In this role you will have the opportunity to make significant decisions that contribute to our next phase of growth. You will work across the entire Client and Partner lifecycle from identifying key User (Client) needs to developing 3rd Party Vendor relationships and executing on offers for the platform.

What will you do?

Develop and deliver a vendor pipeline within Quebec with a focus on driving Client engagement and value throughout the moving space.
Craft and execute on win-win-win offer solutions for Clients, Vendors and MoveSnap.
Contract development and negotiations with 3rd party vendors.
Complete detailed industry research to ensure Vendors can deliver their services in a way that aligns to our MoveSnap values and culture.
Foster deep Vendor relationships with a focus on bolstering retention and Client engagement.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

Fluent in French and English
3+ years of sales experience.
Comfort in developing and reviewing contracts.
Strong negotiation skills.
Great communication skills. (written and oral)
Be a self-starter, proficient in sourcing and closing your own Clients.
Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline.
Demonstrate a natural ability to translate Client (user) needs into actionable vendor sales.

Requirements

Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong sense of ethics and thirst for success
