Position Overview
Collaborate with the team to create systems capable of delivering functionality for upcoming projects in our engineering road map
Increase the automation of our build processes to enable continuous deployment
Implement and improve on existing monitoring, reporting and alerting systems
Assist with diagnosis and support of operational issues
Develop and maintain a scalable system architecture
Requirements
B.S. degree in Computer Science, a related degree or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of DevOps experience in production setting
Experience managing CI/CD pipelines: CircleCI preferred
Demonstrated experience with AWS services and Terraform
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to think architecturally and write code that is easy to change
Understanding of scaling a system to deliver great user experience to millions of users

Position Overview
- Collaborate with Director, Partnerships in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, goals and strategic priorities)
- Focus on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics.
- Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing Marketing’s contribution to revenue.
- Development and execution of the annual B2B marketing themes, calendar & content.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to ensure team goals and strategies are in alignment with B2B marketing plan.
- Collaborate with the B2C Marketing team regularly to ensure branding, messaging and priorities are consistent across communication channels.
- Oversee marketing lead generation for both retail and consumer brands business sales teams.
- Monitor, manage and measure and report on all B2B marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.
- Work with Front End Team on website updates and optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years marketing experience
- Ability to deliver consistently strong, measurable results
- Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation; including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
- Google Analytics and Google Ad Word certified
- Retail and Consumer Brand experience in an asset

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
- Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines

- Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce to nurture, track and report on lead conversions

- Email, database, and digital marketing experience
