LA JOB

Ce rôle vient en aide à l’équipe de collecte de fonds pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’engagement auprès de notre réseau de bailleurs de fonds, pour éduquer les personnes donatrices et les partenaires financiers à la collecte de fonds pour le changement social et sur les principes de la collecte de fonds centrée sur la communauté. Le travail de ce poste consiste à rédiger des demandes de financement, contribuer à la création d’activités, de campagnes et d’événements de collecte de fonds, et de promouvoir les initiatives d’entrepreneuriat social avec notre communauté.

LES EXIGENCES

1 à 2 années d’expérience en administration, en gestion de données OU une combinaison d’expériences, de formations et d’éducation équivalente;

Connaissances en bases de données, en outils de bureautique classiques, et de tableurs;

LES RESPONSABILITÉS

  1. Sécuriser l’engagement d’individus ou de donateurs corporatifs; identifier et bâtir des relations avec des personnes donatrices potentielles, écrire et envoyer des lettres de remerciement et émettre des reçus pour dons aux personnes donatrices;
  2. Participer au développement de méthodes de reconnaissance, d’entretien des relations et des activités connexes avec nos bailleurs de fonds, en particulier pour les personnes donatrices, parfois les fondations ou les donateurs corporatifs. Conserver les informations liées à ces activités et s’assurer de l’implication de l’équipe élargie;
  3. Rédiger et réviser les demandes de financement, les rapports finaux et les communications générales en collaboration avec l’équipe de collecte des fonds;
  4. Opérationnalisation des dépôts directs, des leurs enregistrements, traçabilité et archivage dans Salesforce (Moneris, Paypal, Simplyk, CanadaHelps, United Way, Benevity) ;
  5. Entretien des données concernant nos donateurs et partenaires dans Salesforce ;
  6. Coordonner les locations et les logistiques pour les événement ainsi que les partenariat et les activités d’entrepreneuriat social et les suivis au besoin ;
  7. Assurer que les cibles en collecte de fonds sont atteintes en collaboration avec l’équipe de collecte de fonds ;
  8. Archivage et organisation des documents de collecte de fonds, soutien au processus de vérification annuel (préparer les lettres d’ententes) ;

Le salaire horaire pour ce rôle à temps partiel permanent (21 heures par semaine) est entre 16,63 $- $17,46 $ par heure selon l’expérience de la personne candidate comme décrit dans notre politique de rémunération. THE JOB

This role assists the fundraising team implement fundraising strategies to engage with our network of financial supporters, to educate donors and financial partners around Fundraising for Social Change and the general principles of Community-Centric Fundraising. The work of this position centers around writing fundraising appeals, producing fundraising activities, campaigns and events, and communicating with our community on social entrepreneurship opportunities.

THE REQUIREMENTS

Some education (1-2 years) or course work in administration or data management OR a combination of experience, education and training equivalent

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Secure the commitment of participation and donations of individual and corporate donors; identify and build relationships with potential donors, writing and sending letters of thanks and supplying tax receipts to each donor.
  2. Participate in the development of recognition and relationship maintenance with our donors, funders and the connected activities with particular attention to our individual donors, as well as foundations and corporate donors on occasion;
  3. Operationalize direct deposits, records, traceability and archiving in Salesforce (Moneris, Paypal, SimplyK, CanadaHelps, United Way, Benevity);
  4. Coordinate rental and logistics for events as well as partnerships where needed;

THE PAY AND PERKS
