Responsibilities:

All responsibilities and procedures are provided as guidelines in International Administrative Procedures
Report and assist the International Supervisors on projects and related duties
Ensure the proper procedures and processes are followed for student registrations, creation of student files and input into system.
Processes school letters, transcripts and international students’ refund requests.
Manage oversea/local partners inquiries
Manage daily student and internal staff inquiries
Coordinate with International Marketing Team on events and projects
Coordinate the annual Career Fair with the International Marketing Team
Structuralize department manuals and operations processes
Provides marketing support to admissions by handling phone inquiries, appointments, walk-ins, and marketing statistics according to structured guidelines

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications and Education:

Completion of Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Education or similar field
