REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of Grade 10, or equivalent experience
Completion of School Division Bus Driver Training Program (a total of 60 hours) or willingness to train
Five years practical driving experience
Valid Manitoba Driver’s Licence with at least 2 merits
Valid class II Manitoba Driver’s Licence with at least 2 merits or willingness to train
Current Manitoba School Bus Driver’s Certificate with Louis Riel School Division endorsement or willingness to
train
Current CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain
Epi-pen Administration Certification or willingness to obtain
Previous experience in supervising children
Good communication skills
Ability to work under little supervision and demonstrate good problem-solving skills and judgment
First Aid Certificate is considered an asset
Verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (English and French) is considered an asset

To assist children with crossing the busy streets at Meadowood Drive, Bishop Grandin and St. Anne’s
Road.
Start date: as soon as can be arranged
Hours of work: daily, Monday to Friday, as scheduled:
8:30 am to 9:00 am
11:30 am to 12:00 pm
12:30 pm to 1:00 pm
3:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Hourly rate of pay: $16.28
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Considered applicants must:

demonstrate initiative and maturity
have an ability to assist and interact well with children and youth
