The Sales Representative II is accountable for pursuing knowledge and understanding of Incora’ s products, sales philosophy and practice, with the goal of becoming a primary point of contact for customer inside sales coverage; and applying sales initiatives, policies and programs in support of business plans and strategic objectives, necessary to meet annual department and individual goals.

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
3 year demonstrated or relevant work experience in sales, purchasing and pricing.

About you

As a Sales Representative II will be responsible for providing support and assistance to outside sales, internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality and finance personnel, as requested.

You will be researching and submitting information to provide preliminary sales information based on current and projected market dynamics, market opportunities, knowledge of in-stock inventory costs, industry supplier sales trends and structures; and gain competency in the use of internal analysis applications and tools.

About you

As a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE, you will play a key role in fulfilling customer order requirements. Key functions of this role may be one or a combination of the following: receiving, putting away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders, accurately. We have fast-paced operations so your days will fly by. Due to the criticality of your work, you need to have a strong attention to detail to ensure you accurately follow written specifications, perform data entry (as required) and follow customized requirements. Don’t worry training will be provided to enable you to do this well.

What’ll you’ll need

Ideally you will have had previous warehouse experience gained in a fast-paced environment with an absolute focus on delivering excellent service to the customers every day. Accountability and Scope

The On Site Representative is accountable for representing Wesco Aircraft at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations. They also act as a liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving inventory and product discrepancies, and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. The On Site Representative will be responsible for communicating all relevant program information to the Program Manager/Supervisor including, but not limited to: notification of critical stock outs, coordinating New “Add” and/or “Off” contract requirements; opportunities for quality or process improvements, and communicating opportunities to provide additional value-added products or services for increased customer satisfaction and to support contract profitability

Qualifications

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Represent Incora vision, values and objectives in all job-related activities, sustaining excellent customer relationships

· Maintain strong knowledge of Wesco products, services, quality requirements and customer plans and specifications

· Continuously promote and maintain positive working relationships with customers and associates on-site, ensuring all opportunities to provide value-added services to customers are communicated to program management

· Perform daily product to end user location maintenance (areas may include bins, cabinets, trays,etc.and/or a combination of these stocking locations)

· Maintenance includes but is not limited to: Inventory Scanning and Replenishment, FOD Removal, equipment and temperature control, hazardours material labeling, etc. within customer/contract specifications and requirements

· Perform required maintenance and processing for shelf life materials, including proper removal and disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications

· Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements; including interaction with the contract administraiton/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs

· Attend Shortage, Planning and Development Meetings to provide accurate and current status on critical parts to customer management team, as required

· Address on site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution

· Communicate relevant program information (i.e. shortages, upcoming production changes, shortages and critical stock outs) to program management, as required

· Assist program amangement and implementations in determining new bin set-ups, size, and locations for any relevant changes and growth to the contract scope

· Assist and support program management in preparing data for client reviews and meetings, including reporting metrics/KPI’s

· Practice and promote good housekeeping within the on-site work environment

· Actively seek and recommend process improvements to program management, to increase efficiently and accuracy

· Accommodate site specific contractual requirements, including but not limited to scope of work changes, work schedule changes, required overtime, working holidays, and weekends, as required

· Follow established work procedures to assure compliance with all customer site requirements in accordance with safety and security processes; in addition to alignment with Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies including: OSHA, FAR, EPA, DOT, and RCRA requirements

· Attend regularly scheduled customer or company-sponsored meetings and/or training, as required

· Travel/drive from customer site-to-site, as necessary

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant inventory management, material handling, and production experience required

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience pertaining to chemical compatibility (Balancing pH levels, etc.), preferred

• Hazwoper Training (40 Hours) preferred

• Relative JIT, VMI or 3PO experience, within the aerospace industry preferred

• Excellent, proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact

• Demonstrated ability to serve in liaison and/or as a trained and reliable company representative, with positive results · Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with internal and external customers, serving various levels of the company
